To bring more professional and stylish appearance we decided to design custom front panel especially for this project.<\/p>\n

Next question was: Injection plastic mold or machined aluminum<\/p>\n

First, we made one prototype of machined aluminum in order to test if everything in design is right on the place<\/p>\n

Then we start building (ordered) our face panel plastic injection mould. It is known that this was pain process and it took almost 3 months to build it .. after three revisions here it is now ready to “SHOOT” our plastic panels<\/p>\n

We made some samples of all three materials available: Glass filled polyamide (black colored), Glass filled polypropylene (grey colored), ABS plastics (white colored)<\/p>\n
