There is place where to be nested one optional LPF subboard (for 160m)<\/p>\n<p>High voltage (210V) scheme (voltage tripler)<\/p>\n<p>Antenna RX\/TX switching<\/p>\n<p>SWR directional coupler and measurement of Vfwd\/Vref<\/p>\n<p>Optional LPF (160m) connector<\/p>\n<p>This module ensures clear harmonic output of the linear amplifier, also fits the components for antenna RX\/TX switching. Following the &#8220;click-less&#8221; concept, there are no mechanical relays in the circuit. After long searching for suitable power switching component I found VISHAY high voltage rectifier diode <a href=\"https:\/\/lz2jr.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/s07b.pdf\"><strong>S07J<\/strong><\/a> (S07M) that met all the requirements for reverse voltage capacity, reverse recovery time, forward current and reverse voltage. So S07J were used in the project to ensure good switching of TX power to the antenna via proper LPF and also reliable isolation between each other low pass filters not selected for this band portion.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"highslide img_1\" href=\"https:\/\/lz2jr.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/LPF-15109110.png\" onclick=\"return hs.expand(this)\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-391\" src=\"https:\/\/lz2jr.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/LPF-15109110-300x212.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lz2jr.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/LPF-15109110-300x212.png 300w, https:\/\/lz2jr.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/LPF-15109110-768x543.png 768w, https:\/\/lz2jr.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/LPF-15109110-1024x724.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>High voltage generated from input signal polarizes unused switching diodes in reverse direction ceasing the chance for signal leak.
